People crave titles.
(Dr., Engr., Founder, GO, CEO, MSS, FSS, MTN, SUTAYA…)
Titles validate status and command respect.

People value recognition.
(Guest of Honor, Special Guest, “The first to touch the sky,” “The youngest to be youngest…”)
Achievements, no matter how small or grand, fuel a sense of worth.

People love to be seen.
(A special shoutout, a feature on a platform, or a public promotion goes a long way.)
Visibility equals validation.

People need to be heard.
(Their concerns, stories, and opinions matter.)
Listening is the easiest way to show respect and gain trust.

People boast about their achievements.
(A new car, a new house, a prestigious school, a conquest.)
Sharing milestones is a way to assert value in a competitive world.

Attention is the ultimate commodity.
Whether consciously or not, we all trade in it.

So, what’s your category? How are you trading attention?
